Terms and conditions

1. Scope

The specific scope, price, schedule, revision rounds and delivery method are defined in an individual quotation, order or agreement.

2. Client cooperation

The client supplies the agreed text, images, access credentials and feedback on time. Delays may move the delivery date.

3. Price and payment

Price and payment terms follow the accepted quotation. Larger projects may require a deposit or milestone payments.

4. Changes

Only changes expressly included in the quotation are included in the price. Additional work may be quoted separately.

5. Licences and ownership

Source code, domain, design assets and third-party licence terms are governed by the specific agreement or quotation.

6. Support

Post-launch maintenance and support are provided only when expressly agreed.

7. Liability

The client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of supplied content. Backup, availability and security obligations depend on the agreed service scope.
